Cats and dogs are welcome at Creekside Commons with a maximum of two pets per apartment.
Cats: $250 non-refundable fee + $50 monthly pet rent
Dogs: $350 non-refundable fee + $50 monthly pet rent*
Second pet: $50 non-refundable fee
*All dogs must come in for prior approval

Security deposit: $500
Application fee: $45
Admin fee: $150 (one-time fee)

You’ll need 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide verifiable information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount.

An applicant’s household income or benefits must be equal to or greater than 2.5 times the rent amount for the unit. In the event a guarantor is required, the income/benefits from such guarantor must equal or greater than 3 times the rent amount for the unit.

All leases have a 12-month term.
